Privacy policy

This policy covers cookie-jar.store, a shop of cookie jars, biscuit barrels, cookie tins and treat jars from many makers. Every page opens without an account, a sign-up form or a newsletter box.

Visit counts

We keep totals of which pages are opened and when. They tell us, for example, whether the glass jars are looked at more than the holiday ones. The totals carry no names, and we do not sell or share them.

If you write to us, your message stays with us while the question is open, and your address is used to reply and for nothing else.

After a shopping button

A shopping button opens our retail partner in a new tab, with a code that shows the visit came from us. From that tab on, their privacy policy applies. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site.

Cookies (the other kind)

The shop software sets a few cookies of its own: the country and currency you browse in and a session marker that lets pages load. There are no advertising cookies here. Cookies set on our retail partner's site fall under their policy.

Children

The shop is written for adults buying for their kitchens. We do not knowingly collect anything from children, and there is nothing on the site for a child to fill in.
